3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time of the on-site assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final pricing may vary from the estimate if conditions at the job site differ materially from what was assessed, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. We will notify the customer and obtain written approval before proceeding with any work that falls outside the original estimate.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we ask that customers provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify customers of any scheduling changes as early as possible.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the written estimate or proposal for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects. Final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend work on ongoing projects if payment obligations are not met.

6. Warranty and Disclaimer

We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work is identified within a reasonable period after project completion, we will return to assess and address the issue at no additional charge, subject to the conditions below.

This workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear over time.
• Damage resulting from events outside our control, including flooding, earthquakes, or extreme weather.
• Pre-existing conditions in the substrate or structure that were not disclosed at the time of the estimate.

Except for the limited workmanship warranty described above, all services are provided "as is." We make no other express or implied warranties regarding our services or materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Midlothian Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or the performance of our services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
